I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer based in Aylesbury with over five years of experience helping clients achieve their fitness and health goals. My specialties include Strength & Conditioning, Sports Nutrition, Kettlebells, Suspended Training, and Developmental Performance Conditioning.
Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of clients, assisting them in:
